Go Here, Primitive Properties, SkyBox

There's a new partial release up at:

- Added a pop-up dialog for Primitives allowing you to
manually edit their position, size, and other properties.
This seems to work with save & load,
but i'm a bit nervous about it,
especially the extent of cubes and squares.
(well, formerly cubes and squares ;)


- Added 'go here' item in the pop-up menu for most items,
under options.

- Fixed skybox problems, added 'none' as an option.
(Still need a 'background color' option tho!)

- various other small changes.
