Small new release - Good Stuff

There's an image/changes-only release up at http://www.citris-uc.org/hosted/projects/ith/gallery/downloads.html

Most notably there was an old bug around which was causing a dump to the log file at least every frame in some situations, which pretty severely impacted performance, to say nothing of filling up the harddrive ! Folks should download this version just for this.

Also included are the heads-up navigation keys described in the previous blog post,
which are really pretty nice,

and some other improvements:
