Heirarchy between gallery objects

you asked for it and now you almost get it!

There's a new image/changes file here:
http://www.citris-uc.org/hosted/projects/ith/gallery/downloads.html

Primitives and VRML objects now have a new menu called 'heirarchy'
which lets you make one object a child of another.

This way you can group things together,
like a vase on a table,
and work with them conveniently.

How to do it:

this is admittedly real clumsy for now but:
1. find the object you want to be the parent.
2. heirarchy | select
3. find the object you want to be the child
4. heirarchy | make child of

there's also "make me a child of nobody",
orphanize children (makes them children of their grandparents).

it seems to work with saving and loading of .ctrgal files,
but that could use some testing..
